Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, Mister Truk accepts returns only in specific situations.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged

• A wrong item has been delivered

• The product received is expired

Replacement Policy

In case of an eligible return, we offer product replacement instead of refunds.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved (in exceptional cases), it will be processed within 5–7 working days.
